Milky Day FJ90-PP Electric Cream Separator

Compact. Capable. Built for Small Farms and Home Dairies.

The Milky Day FJ90-PP is the most compact and affordable electric cream separator in Milky Day’s lineup—but don’t let its size fool you. With a processing capacity of 90 liters (24 gallons) per hour, it’s a powerful tool for turning raw milk into cream, sour cream, and low-fat milk—right from your kitchen, barn, or small dairy shop.

Designed for daily use in homes, farmsteads, and microdairies, the FJ90-PP handles milk from cows, goats, sheep, and even camels. The 3.2 gallon (12-liter) milk bowl allows for batch processing, and operation is as easy as heat, pour, and switch on.

Thoughtful Construction, Built to Last

  • Features anodized aluminum disks inside the drum—resistant to milk acidity and more hygienic than untreated aluminum
  • Milk-contact parts are made from durable food-grade polycarbonate and aluminum
  • Polycarbonate housing resists rust and is easy to clean
  • Powered by a high-quality Austrian motor designed for long life (recommended to replace brushes every 3–5 years under heavy use)
  • Runs on standard U.S. voltage (100V–120V)

Cream Output Guide:

From 10 liters (2.6 gal) of milk, expect about 1 liter (0.26 gal) of cream

Cream is approximately 10x the fat content of your milk (e.g., 3.2% milk yields ~32% cream)

Adjust fat content by blending cream and skim milk after separation

Whether you’re bottling cream for the farmers market or filling your own fridge, the FJ90-PP offers a practical and reliable way to process raw milk efficiently. It’s easy to assemble, operate, and clean—making it a perfect fit for anyone serious about small-scale dairy production.
