Orders

How can I track my order?

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your order summary and a tracking link for your packages. Check your spam folder if you’re unable to find it.

If you created an account when you made a purchase, you can also login to your account to view past orders. Tracking links are available in your order summary.  

You may return any item in new, unopened condition within 30 days for a full refund.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. There is no restocking fee to return products.

Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving your returned item(s).

To initiate a return, please log in to your account and navigate to the returns section. If you do not have an account, click here to visit the returns page.

Orders may be canceled or changed only before they are marked as completed. 

To change or cancel an order, use the form on this page to submit a cancellation request. Please include your order number and any relevant details. During business hours you can also use our live chat feature to connect with us.

Keep in mind, we work to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, usually the same day they are placed.

Once an order is marked as completed it cannot be canceled or adjusted.

We currently only ship to addresses in the United States. 

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please reach out to us via the contact form on this page, email at support@farmsteadsupplies.com, or live chat if during business hours. We will work quickly to arrange a replacement and return of the damaged or defective product.

If you received a package that you suspect was damaged by the carrier during shipping, please take multiple photographs of the damaged package before opening to inspect the contents. We may request to see the photos in order to properly handle the situation with the carrier.

We work hard to process orders quickly. Most of the time, orders will ship same-day or the next business day. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most will arrive within 2-6 business days from the date of shipping.

Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturers. In these cases, we try to communicate expected lead times for processing and delivery times. We will keep you informed of any delays or changes in these types of shipments.

What are dropshipped products?

A growing number of items in our store are shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor. This allows us to bring you a wider variety of products from the companies we trust, without the added overhead costs. We can then pass those savings on to you and continue to provide a wider variety of the items you need.

Sometimes these items may require freight shipping because they are large, bulky, or heavy. In these cases, we will reach out to you directly by phone to make those arrangements.

Great question! Every business has to start somewhere, right? We chose to bootstrap this business rather than opting for massive amounts of debt. We plan to be around for a long time, so we’re good with taking it slow.

We’re highly focused on sourcing great products from businesses we trust. Because many of those businesses fly a bit under the radar, locating them and building a relationship takes some time. 

Rest assured, we’re doing this on a daily basis.
