Who We Are

Farmstead Supplies is a family-owned store built for those who live close to the land. We offer tools and goods made to last—not just a season, but a lifetime.

We’re the Brandons! We’re a family of five from the rolling hills of Northeast Pennsylvania. We’re passionate about living life close to the land, learning to grow our own food, and supporting local producers. We’re small-business owners and proud parents of three beautiful adopted daughters.

Thanks for being a part of our story!

As homesteaders working toward our own small farm, we understand the temptation—and sometimes the necessity—of settling for what’s convenient. But cheaply made goods come at a cost: to our land, our time, and our values.

We believe there’s a better way. One rooted in craftsmanship, stewardship, and legacy. That means supporting small, often family-run makers—many of them right here in the U.S.—and offering high-quality products that can be passed down through generations.

This isn’t just a store. It’s part of a broader movement to reclaim food independence, revive lost skills, and resist the throwaway culture. Every item we carry is chosen not just for profit, but for its role in helping people live differently—with intention, resilience, and pride in the work of their hands.

We believe a quiet shift is underway—a return to family, to soil, to self-reliance. And we’re here to supply the tools for that life.

Our Mission

For the life you're building.

To support small-scale farmers and homesteaders with durable, well-crafted tools and supplies—empowering them to build a life of resilience, stewardship, and legacy on the land.

What We Value

Legacy Over Convenience

We choose quality that lasts over trends that fade—supporting tools and traditions meant to be passed down.

Stewardship of Land and Life

Regenerative agriculture begins at the human scale—with families, small farms, and hands in the soil.

Self-Reliance Within Community

Independence doesn’t mean isolation. We believe in working with nature and alongside others.

Purposeful Simplicity

We value what’s essential, functional, and enduring—tools with integrity and products that earn their keep.

Orthogonal Living

We support those who live against the grain—choosing the harder path of meaningful work and rooted living.
